Spread across a vast area in Gomti Nagar, the park stands as a tribute to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, the principal architect of the Indian Constitution, and other influential reformers who fought for the upliftment of marginalized communities. Built primarily using red sandstone sourced from Rajasthan, the entire complex reflects grandeur, symmetry, and cultural significance.
The park is known for its monumental structures, including a massive central stupa, domes, and beautifully carved pillars. One of its most iconic features is the long pathway guarded by dozens of stone elephant statues, symbolizing strength and dignity. The central statue of Dr. Ambedkar, seated in a dignified posture, is inspired by global memorial designs and represents his lasting legacy.
